You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is correct so that we can deliver tickets, send order confirmations, and communicate important event updates.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, or activities that interfere with the operation or security of our services.

3. Ticket Purchases and Order Confirmation

Your order is subject to successful payment processing and confirmation by TicketZetu.

An order confirmation or ticket issued by us serves as evidence of your purchase, subject to verification and any applicable event conditions.

Please review your order carefully before completing payment, including the event, date, ticket category, quantity, and total price.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, is affected by a technical error, or must be cancelled for a lawful reason, we will notify you using the contact details provided and arrange any refund required by our policies or applicable law.

4. Ticket Prices and Payments

Ticket prices are displayed on the relevant event listing or during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, the amount payable will be shown before you confirm your purchase. Any applicable fees or additional charges will be disclosed where required.

We may offer promotional prices, discounts, or special ticket offers subject to specific terms and availability.

Payments may be processed through supported payment methods, including M-Pesa or card payments where available. Payment transactions may be handled by third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected for your purchase.

TicketZetu does not request your M-Pesa PIN, card PIN, or account password through customer support. Never share these details with anyone.

An order may not be completed if payment fails, is reversed, is flagged for suspected fraud, or cannot be verified.

5. Ticket Delivery and Access

Tickets will be delivered electronically or through another method specified during checkout or in the relevant event information.

Electronic tickets may be sent to the email address or phone number provided during purchase or made available through an order confirmation or ticket delivery page.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, checking your inbox and spam folder, and keeping your ticket accessible before the event.

If you have completed payment but have not received your ticket, please contact us promptly with your order number and payment confirmation details, excluding any PINs or passwords.

TicketZetu is not responsible for a customer's inability to access a ticket caused by incorrect contact information provided during checkout, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

6. Ticket Validity and Entry

A ticket is valid only for the event, date, category, and entry conditions specified on the ticket or in the relevant event listing.

Entry may be subject to verification, security checks, venue rules, age restrictions, identification requirements, and other conditions imposed by the event organizer or venue.

Where a ticket uses a QR code, barcode, or unique reference, it may be accepted only once. A duplicate, copied, altered, revoked, or previously redeemed ticket may be rejected.

Customers must keep their tickets secure and must not share ticket codes publicly.

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry if the ticket is invalid, has already been redeemed, or the holder does not comply with applicable entry requirements.

Final admission decisions may be subject to the event organizer's or venue's lawful entry policies.

7. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets may be transferred to another person only where the relevant event terms and organizer permit transfers.

If transfers are allowed, additional verification or changes to attendee details may be required.

Unless expressly authorized, tickets must not be resold, commercially redistributed, duplicated, altered, or used for fraudulent purposes.

TicketZetu reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorized ticket activity and take appropriate action, subject to applicable law and the relevant event terms.

8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Event Changes

Ticket cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy and any additional conditions stated for the relevant event.

Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable once confirmed, except where a refund is offered under the applicable event terms or required by law.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, we will communicate relevant information when it becomes available to us.

Where an event is rescheduled, existing tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to the event's arrangements.

Where a refund is approved or required, we will provide instructions and process it through the original payment method where practicable, unless otherwise communicated or required by law.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this section excludes any consumer rights or refund entitlements that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Event Organizers and Third-Party Services
